Delete your Layali account
Delete your account in the app, or on this page if the app is gone from your phone. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
In the app
- 1Open Layali and go to Profile.
- 2Tap Delete account. You'll see what is deleted, what we keep and what you lose.
- 3If you signed in more than a day ago, enter the code we send you.
- 4Type DELETE and confirm.
What happens
Deleted right away
- Your name, phone number, photo, date of birth and city
- Saved events, follows and friends matching
- Your place on organizer teams
- Notification tokens and your sign-in on every device
Kept without your name
- Orders, tickets and payment references, for 7 years, because accounting rules require it. They no longer carry a name, number or email.
- Referral and credit records, for 24 months.
Lost
- Valid tickets to upcoming events are voided, with no refund.
- Any credit on your account.
- Unpaid orders are cancelled.
If you are the only owner of an organizer with a team or upcoming events, make someone else an owner in the Partner Hub first.
You can sign up again with the same number. It starts a new account with no link to the old one.

We send a code to the number on your account. No code, no deletion.
Or email us
From any address, send us the phone number on the account. We confirm it's you with a code sent to that number, then delete the account, with the same result as in the app.
